The best way to snowboard Japan is by RV.
Japan is the land of microclimates. Day-to-day snowfall can vary drastically over short distances. Imagine waking up one day in Niseko and it only snowed 4cm. Only 40 minutes away in Kiroro it snowed 45cm. If you are not mobile, you are missing out on the pow.
Japan is one of the safest countries in the world and has a vast infrastructure to make RV trips a breeze. Overnight parking is free, ample, and feature 24 hour bathrooms. Clean and refresh yourself at one of the thousands of hot-spring baths (onsens). Stay warm at night by running your RV’s parking heater. You won’t experience van-life like this anywhere else!
